I am having issues uploading my profile photo?
First, make sure that it is a .jpg, .gif, or .png. If you have established that it is the right file type. Check to make sure that the size of your photo is less than 1600px wide.The optimum size is 800 x 600.
How can I edit my profile homepage?
Right next to your profile page title there is a link 'Edit Page'. Simply click this and a shadowbox with your preferred page layouts appears. Select the page layout you like and click on 'save' at the bottom of the box.
How do I edit my User Homepage?
Right above the title of the page, there is a link 'Edit Page'> Click on that link to open up a subnavigation at the very top of the website. From here, you can select the layout option you want for your homepage.
From your new homepage layout, you can quickly change around the information on the page, so that you can view the most important information to you at the top by simply rearranging the order.
To do this, click on the 'Quick Design' link at the top right under the navigation. This will close up the plugins with information so that you only see the header bars.
Drop and drag the bars to place them in the order that you want them to be in.
Once you are done with that, click on 'View Page' to get back to the homepage. Now it should refect the order changes that you performed.
I want to decrease the length of the news feed. My page is too long.
You can modify the amount of notifications that you are receiving by clicking on the 'Preference' link that is located to the right and on top of the news feed box.
This opens a box that allows you to dictate what activities you want to be privy to.
NOTE: The more you have selected, the longer your newsfeed will be.
How does a monthly payment work?
Your subscription, depending on the terms you originally signed up with, comes out of either your PayPal account or your credit card monthly. The re-occuring payment is for the upcoming month of activity.
The payment will come out of the account on the same date every month. So for example, you signed up on Jan 15, your next subscription will come out on Feb 15.
You will continue to have uninterrupted service with PetPlace Central and will receive a notification that your payment was processed.

How do I add an application to my homepage?
Click on the 'My Applications' option from the dropdown menu under 'My Apps'. This will open a page that has several tabs. Select 'Browse applications'.This gives you the full list of applications that you can add to customize your homepage.
To add simply click on the name of the app or the icon. This will take you to the page that gives you more information. To the right there is a button to add the application. Clicking on that will automatically add your selected app to your homepage.
To remove the application, simply go back to detailed page of the applcation you'd like to remove and click on the remove application or the easiest way is to remove the app from your 'My applications' page.
How do I remove an application?
Click on the 'My Applications' option from the dropdown menu under 'My Apps'.
To remove the application, simply click on the 'remove' option next to the application that you would like to have removed.
How do I gift a virtual gift to a friend?
First, you must add the application to your profile.Simply go to the 'My Apps' dropdown and select 'My Applications'. From here click on the 'browse applications' tab. Scroll down the list until you find the app "Virtual Gifts'.Click on either the name or the icon and it will take you to the page that you can select the add the app to your profile page.
Now that you have added the application. Go back to your profile page. There you will now see a tab called 'gifts'. Clicking on this will show gifts you have received and gifts you have given. At the bottom, there is a link to 'send a friend a gift'. Once you click on that it will take you to a page with all the available gifts within several categories. Choose one and send it to a friend!
You can choose to send a public gift or make it completely anonymous. It's up to you!
I received a gift, but can't see it on my profile.
You need to make sure that you have the virtual gift app on your profile before you can view your gift.
Simply go to the 'My Apps' dropdown and select 'My Applications'. From here click on the 'browse applications' tab. What are the Top User levels and how many points do I have to acquire?
Here is the User Level points ranking:
0 - 499 = Rookie
500 = Apprentice
2,000 = Expert
10,000 = Master
25,000 = Champion
50,000 = Grand Champion

What does my 'total points earned' mean?
The 'total points earned' is your running total of points you have accumulated since you first signed up with PetPlace Central. This number is consistant and not reduced while you are purchasing items.
